What to expect at your first appointment
The initial appointment is 75 minutes in length and this is where we get to know all about you. After connecting online or by phone, Michelle will begin to ask you about your health goals. This is where you will share not only your health concerns, but the goals you would like her to help you achieve. Any additional data you may have like lab tests are welcomed as this helps to give a better picture of your health, and what areas of nutrient deficiencies you will need to address.
After gathering the data and getting to know you, Michelle will then discuss different dietary options that will help you support your goal. It doesn’t matter if you’re an aspiring gourmet chef, or too busy to cook.
Michelle will plan a diet plan based on your lifestyle needs. From easy one pan meals to learning a new way of enjoying food – we’ve got you covered. The best part is that each plan is unique – each patient will have a diet plan tailored to their taste preference, based on their health needs. Don’t forget you are also an important part of this process. Michelle works with you to create a plan that suits your taste and lifestyle.
